So far we’ve cut out the pieces and are now trying to figure out how to attach them… I have also had a sleepover with a friend, gone to co-op, been enlisted as a camel in said co-op, done school, and made Apple Slices (that links pretty close to the recipe I used), which Olivia says is really just apple pie. Buenos dias, buddies! Assuming it is morning, that is. Okay, okay, yes, it’s been a while, but in my defense, the big computer was out of order and it was only a week or so ago we finally got this new one. And. It. Is. AWESOMESAUCE. I mean, like it turns on and the ‘A’ key works perfectly well–see, AAAAAAAAaaaaaaaa. It’s got a few bugs, but I’d be more worried if an electronic device didn’t have problems. Hello, readers fair and few! As you may realize, yesterday was my brother’s birthday. What you may not know is that it was also the day our lovely grandparents + aunt, Grandmaita, Grandpa, and Tia, left. So bittersweet. Since I last wrote, I’ve had some fun times with Renee, who stayed with us, and Sam, who had returned to Nairobi (though unfortunately, there wasn’t much overlap between Renee’s visit and Sam’s), watched Finding Dory with the Mundy’s (is that how you’d say it?) Yup, homeschool week’s always pretty crazy–I got lost more than anything else, but it was still a lot of fun, especially since I got to hang with my two good friends, Renee and Sam. Hey, how’s it going? Good? I hope so. I figured it was about time for another boring blog entry, about how I’ve been obsessing over video games, cute furry aliens, and the weather. I know this because at our lovely airport church today, my dad gave a sermon about Easter and all the goes along with it… Starting over again, and all that jazz, or something like that. He used my brother and a broken camping chair to further illustrate, as I recall. And yes, Dad, I would not trust that chair.
